Kick-start your busy- bee day with this Powerhouse Pom Antioxidant Smoothie
What you will need:
1/8 Cup Blackberries
1/8 Cup blueberries
1/8 Cup Pomegranate Seeds
4 Medjool Dates
2 Dried Figs
1 Tbsp Chia Seeds
1 Tbsp Oat Bran
1 Tbsp Almond Meal (or blended almonds
Optional: Vegan Chocolate Protein Powder (Recommended: LivWell Raw Vegan Protein Powder)
Water or Nut Milk, as needed
Directions:
1) Blend all ingredients together
2) Optional: Top with pomegranate seeds and blackberries
