One of the best hangover cures I've ever experienced, but also just a great simple smoothie to get your day going.
What you will need:
5 Bananas (make sure they are spotted and ripe!)
1/2 Cup Ice
Water, as needed
1) Blend all ingredients together (that's it!)
Recommendation: Use a high-quality blender, like Vitamix, to get the best tasting smoothies.
Note: Add a scoop of your favorite protein powder for a boost of protein. My Favorite is LivWell Raw Vegan Protein Powder.
