Iced Coconut Milk Chai Latte Smoothie


Make your own healthy Chai Latte at home.

 

What you will need:

8 Medjool Dates

1.5 Cups Silk Coconut Milk

1/2 tsp Fresh Ginger

A Touch of Cinnamon and Nutmeg

1/4 Cup Ice

Optional: 1 Tbsp Coconut Sugar

 

Directions:

1) Blend all ingredients together

2) Add extra coconut milk to get the right consistency if required.

3) Serve over ice cubes

Recommendation: When blending dates, it is recommended to use a high-quality blender, like Vitamix, to get the best tasting smoothie

Note: You can also add a scoop of your favorite vegan protein powder. My favorite is LivWell Raw Vegan Protein Powder.
