Hemp hearts are a great way to add protein to your salad, but better yet, let's throw it all into a smoothie and make it sweet!
What you will need:
1 Cup Leafy Greens (spinach, baby kale, etc.)
2 Tbsp Hemp Hearts
1 Cup Unsweetened Almond Milk (Or any other non-dairy milk), plus some more to get the consistency you like
3 Medium Bananas (make sure they are spotted and ripe!)
1) Blend the leafy greens, hemp hearts, and the almond milk together.
2) Once everything is mixed, pulse in the bananas
3) Add extra almond milk or water to get the right consistency if required.
Optional: Garnish with hemp hearts
Recommendation: Use a high-quality blender, like Vitamix, to get the best tasting smoothie
