Chia Berry Chocolate Smoothie
You got your omega-3s, your antioxidants, and your protein in one on-the-go meal.
What you will need:
1/4 Cup Frozen Blueberries
1/4 Cup Frozen Rapberries
2 Tbsp Chia Seeds
1 Scoop Chocolate Vegan Protein Powder (Suggestion: LivWell Raw Vegan Protein Powder)
1 Cup Unsweetened Almond Milk (Or any other non-dairy milk), plus some more to get the consistency you like
3-4 Medium Bananas (make sure they are spotted and ripe!)
1) Blend the berries, chia seeds, vegan protein powder, and the almond milk together.
2) Once everything is mixed, pulse in the bananas
3) Add extra almond milk or water to get the right consistency if required.
Optional: Garnish with chia seeds and berries
Recommendation: Use a high-quality blender, like Vitamix, to get the best tasting smoothie
