Refreshing Banana & Cucumber Smoothie

This is the staple smoothie recipe that helped me lose 40 pounds. Cucumber adds a refreshing twist to the basic banana smoothie.
What you will need:
5 Bananas (make sure they are spotted and ripe!)
½ English Cucumber
Water, as needed
Directions:
1) Blend on high diced cucumber and water (about a cup)
2) Add bananas and water as required and blend
Recommendation: Use a high-quality blender, like Vitamix, to get the best tasting smoothies.
Note: Add a scoop of your favorite vegan protein powder for a protein boost. My favorite is LivWell Raw Vegan Protein Powder.
