Breakfast Scrambled Tofu

Healthy Vegan Breakfast Tofu Scramble

This quick tofu breakfast scramble packs a protein punch to your mornings.



1 Tbsp olive oil

1 medium onion, sliced

Container of firm/extra firm tofu

1 tsp Turmeric

1/2 tsp Sea Salt

1/2 Garlic Powder



1) Drain the tofu and press out any excess water

2) Heat the olive oil over medium heat and add the onion. Let cook for around 2 minutes

3) Squeeze the tofu through your hands into the pan.

4) Add Turmeric, salt, and garlic powder. Mix together well. Cook for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
