Blueberry Chocolate Protein Smoothie


If this is what healthy tastes like, count me in! Protein packed, rich in antioxidants, and sweet enough to make you smile like a kid with an ice cream cone.

 

What you will need:

1/2 Cup Frozen Blueberries

1 Scoop Chocolate Vegan Protein Powder (Suggestion: LivWell Raw Vegan Protein Powder)

1 Cup Unsweetened Almond Milk (Or any other non-dairy milk), plus some more to get the consistency you like

3-4 Medium Bananas (make sure they are spotted and ripe!)

 

Directions:

1) Blend the blueberries, vegan protein powder and the almond milk together.

2) Once everything is mixed, pulse in the bananas

3) Add extra almond milk or water to get the right consistency if required.

Recommendation: Use a high-quality blender, like Vitamix, to get the best tasting smoothie
